We’re on the hunt for an experienced, well-connected Sales Executive to grow our presence in LA. This is a commission-only role (plus quarterly bonuses) with limitless earning potential for the right closer. If you’ve got hustle, charisma, and real relationships in the cannabis space, this is the opportunity to build something legendary.

Who You Are:

  • You have 3+ years of proven cannabis sales experience and you know how to move product.
  • You’re deeply embedded in the Los Angeles cannabis market with a solid network of buyers, managers, and budtenders who gladly take your calls.
  • You’re a natural closer and a relentless prospector—always chasing leads, opening doors, and building lasting partnerships.
  • You manage your accounts with precision—always following up, checking in, and helping clients sell through.
  • You’re self-motivated, adaptable, and hungry for big wins.
  • You have reliable transportation and don’t mind being on the move.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with tons of freedom and high expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Close New Accounts: Get our top-tier products on more shelves and into more hands.
  • Grow Existing Accounts: Keep retailers happy, shelves stocked, and sales climbing.
  • Lead In-Store Experiences: Host product demos, staff trainings, and customer pop-ups to boost brand awareness and build loyalty.
  • Hit Your KPI’s: Drive measurable sales growth and earn big doing it.
  • Stay in the Know: Keep up with industry trends, competitor moves, and compliance updates.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Share insights and help refine our go-to-market strategy for LA.
