Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This role is designed to manage and grow a portfolio of transactional customers by conducting a high volume of outbound sales calls. You will take direct responsibility for generating sales within an assigned region and handling those transactions through digital platforms. A key element of the role involves maintaining accurate CRM records and working closely with regional sales and branch teams to increase ecommerce sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain regular contact with your designated customer portfolio, with a strong focus on driving ecommerce transactions.
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls, prepare quotations, and support customers via live chat.
  • Provide guidance to customers on relevant products and services, with an emphasis on ecommerce channels and core product ranges.
  • Gather customer intelligence and input it into the CRM system.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide quotations in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage both existing and newly onboarded ecommerce accounts.
  • Perform data input and administrative tasks as required.
