EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 2 years of extensive experience in sales financing or a related field.
• Prior coaching or field training experience is strongly preferred.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Strong process orientation with the ability to implement structured training methodologies.
• Analytical and evaluation skills to assess SA performance and training impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage diverse teams, particularly in their assigned area’s local language.
