EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years of extensive experience in sales financing or a related field.
- Prior coaching or field training experience is strongly preferred.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Strong process orientation with the ability to implement structured training methodologies.
- Analytical and evaluation skills to assess SA performance and training impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage diverse teams, particularly in their assigned area’s local language.
