GENERAL SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director, Sales - Aerospace & Defence (A&D) EMEA, the position will work closely with the regional Directors as well as Internal Sales team, Technical Sales team to drive both the overall Company business strategy and vertical strategy for A&D. Develops and executes sales business plans and strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier at Key A&D customers within region.

PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • BA or BS Degree Required
  • Proven Sales & Management experience
  • Experience managing a large territory and working from a virtual office
  • Experience in dealing with Aerospace and Defence customers/prospects
  • Strong technical sales experience and a proven track record of successfully selling high tech product solutions (strong working knowledge of the Semiconductor industry preferred)
  • Proven background in developing relationships with key decision makers and influencers including experience in closing complex product deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, closing skills with customers/prospects
  • Flexibility and multi-tasking, ability to undertake several tasks at once and manage them efficiently
  • Ability to work through a problem and maintain focus with little or no supervision
  • Positive attitude with an ability to absorb & learn quickly
  • Team Player
  • Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Language skills – English is must, any additional European languages would be beneficial.
