Key Responsibilities of Regional Sales Manager: * Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with marketers, brands, and partners in your region. * Drive a strategic outbound sales motion focused on delivering value through fullthrottle.ai’s first-party data platform. * Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management. * Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with company goals and revenue targets. * Educate prospects and partners on the value of cookieless, first-party data solutions, using fullthrottle.ai’s platform as the foundation. * Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial outreach through negotiation and closing. * Continuously track, report, and optimize sales activities and performance metrics, including leads, pipeline, and bookings. * Represent fullthrottle.ai at virtual and in-person industry events and conferences as needed Ideal Candidate Profile of Regional Sales Manager: * 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in ad tech, Martech, SaaS, or digital media. * Proven track record of success in a hunter-style sales role, with consistent quota achievement. * Skilled in solution selling and consultative approaches to complex digital ecosystems. * Self-starter mentality with excellent time management and organizational skills. * Strong communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal. * Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or scale-up environment is a plus.
