The Regional Sales Manager will report directly to the Senior Vice President - Dealer Development and Support at SCI Lease Corp, an organization that provides captive leasing for Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, and Maserati vehicles. Core functions consist of relationship management, grow active dealer count, delivering lease training, increasing lease volume through the execution of programs and development strategies, increasing dealer retention rates, increasing usage of digital processes, increasing auction purchases, and providing support and assistance to our Credit, Funding, Lease Services, Lease Maturity and Remarketing teams. Additionally, the individual will be responsible to achieve monthly and annual performance-based targets.
