ABB Canada is seeking a driven sales professional to lead the Electrification Services Sales team in the Western Region. The ideal candidate will actively pursue new business while building long-term relationships with strategic accounts. By offering complete service solutions, they will boost sales, profitability, and customer loyalty. A strong focus on key segments and C-Level engagement is essential, along with promoting full lifecycle management of MV and LV assets.

Responsibilities
  • Grow the Service Business in Western Canada: Drive development and expansion of ABB’s service business across the Western region, with a strong focus on Alberta.
  • Lead High-Performing Teams: Build, coach, and mentor effective teams to achieve regional goals and support career development.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with customers, positioning ABB as a preferred supplier and managing key accounts in Alberta.
  • Strategic Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and execute regional sales strategies, manage opportunity pipelines via SFDC, and monitor market trends to increase market share.
  • Promotional & Safety Leadership: Represent ABB at trade shows and promotional events, foster collaboration across internal channels, and maintain a strong safety-first culture.
