We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Regional Sales Manager - Americas to lead our team Requirements Managing the sales and customer support team across Americas. Senior partner of the management in the territory. Coach, mentor and develop team. Monitor and report on all sales activity and results. Prepare annual sales budget and quarterly YEFC (year-end forecast) by customer, product, and territory. Explore and develop new business opportunities/ market segments within his territory; Increase sales growth and maximize market potential. Responsibilities
This role involves managing the sales and customer support team across the Americas, acting as a senior partner to the management in the territory, and focusing on coaching, mentoring, and developing the team. Responsibilities also include monitoring and reporting on sales activity, preparing annual budgets and forecasts, and exploring new business opportunities to increase sales growth.
