Fun fact: The partnership between the brothers lasted less than two weeks, but Ames Tile & Stone has lived on for over 100 years.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an asset.
• 8+ years of sales leadership experience with a strong track record of driving growth and leading high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business goals.
• Strong business acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term partnerships.
• Committed to fostering a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Industry experience in building materials, design, or construction is an asset.
