Description:

At AM PM, we’re experts in creating premium bathroom products that redefine the essence of luxury living.
We are developing in the Romanian market and are looking for a Regional sales manager to join the team.

Tasks

  • Sales development in the assigned territory (Northeast or the Buchaerst area)
  • Achievement of sales targets
  • Building relationships with partner personnel
  • Conducting product trainings
  • Resolving disputes
  • Monitoring product placement and improving representation with existing clients
  • Sales planning
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Preparing presentations

Requirements

  • Work experience as a “field” manager or sales representative of a network channel (Non-Food: building materials, plumbing, household appliances) from 2 years
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion and listening skills
  • Focus on earnings, results and success
  • Readiness to spend 50% of working time on business trips in Romania
  • Independent decision-making and responsibility for the result
