To achieve our mission and strengthen our APAC Sales team, we’re looking for an experienced and talented Regional Sales Manager, APAC.
We are seeking a creative and proactive Regional Sales Director with a hunter mentality to join our team based in our Singapore offices to meet the growing demand for our suite of products.
You come from a sales background in financial or compliance software, and you are used to overachieving targets with your team. You have a strong network within the regional financial communities, including services, consultancy firms, and regional influencers, and you are used to working with Partners.
You will directly report to the Chief Revenue Officer, be part of their management team, and be focused on rapidly building the business through new logo acquisition and expanding the existing client base. In tandem, you will recruit, grow, coach, guide, and develop the APAC sales team. The goal is to create a regional organisation of smart, ambitious, top-class individuals who are committed to our mission.
Internally, this role will actively interact with various cross-functional team members, including Professional Services, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, and executive committee members. This requires a highly collaborative mentality with the ability to build trust across all stakeholders.
