Headquarters are split between Belgium and Switzerland, with additional offices in Singapore and Kenya.
The organization was brought together by Summa Equity, a Norwegian Private Equity firm headquartered in Stockholm. The remit is to now grow the organization aggressively over the next few years.
To achieve our mission and strengthen our APAC Sales team, we’re looking for an experienced and talented Regional Sales Manager, APAC.
We are seeking a creative and proactive Regional Sales Director with a hunter mentality to join our team based in our Singapore offices to meet the growing demand for our suite of products.
You come from a sales background in financial or compliance software, and you are used to overachieving targets with your team. You have a strong network within the regional financial communities, including services, consultancy firms, and regional influencers, and you are used to working with Partners.
You will directly report to the Chief Revenue Officer, be part of their management team, and be focused on rapidly building the business through new logo acquisition and expanding the existing client base. In tandem, you will recruit, grow, coach, guide, and develop the APAC sales team. The goal is to create a regional organisation of smart, ambitious, top-class individuals who are committed to our mission.
Internally, this role will actively interact with various cross-functional team members, including Professional Services, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, and executive committee members. This requires a highly collaborative mentality with the ability to build trust across all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and run the regional business development strategy and development activities – ie, the APAC Territory Plan - in line with the Company strategy;
  • Alongside our corporate strategy team, conduct business analysis on prospects, opportunities, competitors, and segments, leading to the definition and the execution of a comprehensive new-business acquisition strategy;
  • Assist the sales team with pipeline generation and progression;
  • Carry an individual target as well as the regional target;
  • Partner up with the marketing team to develop regional plans for brand awareness and consistent lead generation;
  • Build and maintain a balanced pipeline of opportunities;
  • Ensure forecast hygiene and accuracy;
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets;
  • Ensure constant customer satisfaction;
  • Coach and develop your team of sales executives and partner managers;
  • Hire the best people in the market;
  • Generate new ideas to improve overall business performance;
  • Share insights and deal-related actionable recommendations for product enhancements;
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences.
