About the job As a Regional Sales Manager for APAC, you will be at the forefront of driving growth in one of our key global markets. Representing a leading provider of automotive software solutions, you will lead regional sales initiatives, build strategic relationships and help shape the future of mobility through innovative digital solutions. This role requires a strong mix of commercial acumen, technical insight into automotive software, and a passion for delivering value to customers in a rapidly evolving industry. Your responsibilities will include: Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with the company's global objectives. Drive business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the automotive sector. Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, suppliers, and system integrators. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are aligned with market demands. Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development. Track sales performance against KPIs and provide regular forecasting and reporting to senior management. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows within the region. Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategy. Your skills and interest You are interested in the automotive industry's transformation through software. What else is expected: Sales experience in an international automotive or software environment. Achieved and exceeded sales targets in a B2B environment. Strong interest in software solutions for the automotive industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with agile development processes and SaaS business models. Highly self-motivated, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Able to manage complexity and work collaboratively across cultures and departments. Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus. Ability to travel as required.
