We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a designated region. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in storm restoration sales. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for training and managing your team throughout MN, WI and SD.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in D2D sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent account management skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Experience in retail sales is a plus, along with a solid foundation in business development strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
