As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead strategic sales initiatives across key European markets. You will be responsible for crafting and executing a successful sales strategy, managing a high-performing team, and fostering strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Economics and/or Engineering
  • Several years of experience in sales in the industrial or automation sectors.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to coordinate between different departments.
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional European language.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the region EMEA ( 50%), especially in Italy, Germany, Poland, Romania and Spain.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of the sales strategy across your region, ensuring profitable growth and market share expansion.
  • Manage and coach a regional sales team, setting clear targets and supporting their development.
  • Develop new business opportunities and drive the adoption of new products and solutions.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service and support.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, and customer service teams to manage contracts and align strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting using Salesforce and other internal tools.
  • Regularly travel to customer and project sites to build strong and fruitful customer relationships directly or for team support
  • Intensely support forecasting activities, ensuring timely and accurate communication with production and finance
  • Represent Lincoln Electric at industry events, seminars, and customer visits.
