Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our Global Land Sales organization in Trondheim. This is a highly independent position, perfect for someone who thrives in an autonomous sales environment and takes pride in owning their designated sales region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving Autronica’s sales growth and strategic objectives. You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, identify market opportunities, and achieve ambitious regional revenue targets. This is an international role, where you will manage global accounts and collaborate in multicultural environments. The position involves frequent travel to key regions, including the Nordics, Southern and Eastern Europe. Your responsibilities as a Regional Sales Manager will be to:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Autronica’s global objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and key growth sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage and expand the distributor network and support partners with commercial training and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • As a part of the Global Sales Team, collaborate with the marketing and product management teams to develop tailored offerings.
  • Provide detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management.
