With a reputation built on craftsmanship, service, and innovation, we work predominantly with contractors, developers, architects and self-builders on high end new build, and refurbishment projects across the UK. Following continued growth, we are seeking a driven and ambitious Regional Sales Manager to join our team. You will be cover the Midlands/North Region.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be the key point of contact for customers in your territory. Your role is to develop strong, long-term relationships with contractors, architects & developers, while driving sales growth through both new business and the ongoing management of existing accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow an allocated customer base, ensuring year-on-year sales growth.
  • Proactively prospect, identify, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Build strong, multi-level relationships with customers and industry professionals, providing technical advice and tailored solutions.
  • Follow up on quotations and enquiries, ensuring a prompt and professional response.
  • Collaborate with marketing to advise on strategy to enable growth within your territory.
  • Provide accurate monthly sales reports, forecasts, and insights for your region’s performance.
  • Represent Mumford & Wood as a brand ambassador, maintaining professionalism and market visibility.
  • Work with the wider Sales & Commercial team to continuously improve processes and customer experience.
