WE ARE RECRUITING FOR THE POSITION OF REGIONAL SALES MANAGER AT VERO COFFEE CO, A LEADING NAME IN THE COFFEE SECTOR IN IRELAND.

Location: At the company’s Head Office in Dublin 11, and travel throughout Ireland, with occasional travel to the UK and Italy.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will help deliver the sales agenda within the Irish food service, identifying and growing opportunities in existing and new clients, to ensure continued growth.
You will be required to work with all functions of the business to ensure a satisfactory operation including service, finance, technical, logistics and marketing teams.
In selling the best coffee to a wide range of buyers, you will provide the highest level of service while driving sales and reaching targets in line with company budgets.

Responsibilities

· To develop and implement sales strategies penetrating the commercial coffee market in Ireland
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
· Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the B2B sector
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns
· Meet and exceed targets set in collaboration with management team
· Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
· Manage complex negotiations with senior level executives
· Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
· Handle customer enquiries and manage DSO in line with company policies and terms
