Manage Sales Pipeline: Aggressively work potential accounts through the sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing and onboarding. Develop Customized Proposals: Collaborate with the BSC Pricing Team to craft competitive, tailored solutions that meet client needs. What We're Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Proven Sales Success: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a high-performance outside sales role, ideally within 3PL or Industrial Supply sales. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong phone, in-person, and presentation skills with a proven ability to close deals. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues while driving results. High Energy & Self-Driven: A motivated, self-starter with an outstanding work ethic and the ability to work autonomously. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with shifting priorities. Willingness to Travel: Up to 30% travel required for client meetings, events, and industry conferences.
