Responsibilities

ROLE

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing business within your designated territory. You’ll develop strategic partnerships with distributors and end-users, ensuring strong sales performance and increased market share. This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: -

  • Drive Sales Growth - Achieve monthly and annual targets through effective distributor management and direct end-user sales
  • Develop Key Accounts - Build strong relationships with distributors, hospitality clients, and foodservice operators to maximise business opportunities
  • Strategic Business Planning - Implement tailored growth strategies for both regional and national distributors
  • Market Representation - Act as a brand ambassador at client meetings, industry events, and promotional activities
