What You’ll Do: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing spine sales team across multiple locations Drive territory performance to exceed sales targets, including revenue, growth, and market share Recruit, engage, and retain top sales talent while building a strong team culture Partner with internal stakeholders on product launches, pricing strategies, and market positioning Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and key decision-makers Analyze market trends and sales data to guide strategy and optimize performance Support complex sales efforts, including negotiating and closing key deals Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall territory profitability Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Represent VB Spine at industry events, meetings, and customer engagements What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred 5+ years of successful sales experience in medical devices or a related industry (spine preferred) Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of building and developing teams Demonstrated success exceeding sales and financial targets Experience managing P&L and developing strategic business plans preferred Strong relationship-building skills across surgeons, hospital systems, and stakeholders Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive results in complex healthcare environments Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Willingness to travel extensively and support on-call needs as required Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in clinical environments, including operating rooms Why VB Spine? Compensation: Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performance taken into account. The typical pay range for this position is $85,000 – $280,000 annually with bonus potential. VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
