Clarke Powered Solutions is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for parts and service sales to fuel our aftermarket growth in the Electric Power sector in the Midwest to include MO, IL, IN, OH and KY. This is more than a sales role—it’s an opportunity to leverage your technical service background and sales expertise to build strategic partnerships that keep critical Electric Power Generation equipment running strong. This is a remote role, but the candidate must be in the territory. (preferably KY, IN, Southern IL region) to best serve customers. We have a 24/7 mobile fleet of service technicians who are trained and certified to perform the preventive maintenance or the emergency repair of generators. As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the boots on the ground helping customers solve real-world mechanical challenges. You’ll work with municipalities, service departments, equipment managers, and fleet operators to sell repairs, parts, and service solutions that add value and minimize downtime. Your mechanical acumen and field experience in the Electric Power industry will give you credibility with customers and your sales drive will keep our service centers busy with high-quality, high-margin work. Check us out: https://www.clarkepowerservices.com/powergen What You’ll Do Prospect, network, and grow your pipeline through cold calling, social media, site visits, and industry events. Work together with municipalities, other government agencies, service centers and dealers to secure parts and service business that drives margin and satisfaction. Connect with decision-makers, build lasting relationships, and bring parts and service business directly into our Clarke Power Centers and to our field service technicians. Travel, attend trade shows, and showcase the products and services we offer. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers get the right fit for their needs and maximize value. Work with our Marketing team to generate sales materials to showcase Clarke Powered Solutions product offerings and services. Assist with budget forecasting, customer credit term recommendations, and overall territory strategy. Assist with service contract bids and quotations. Other duties as assigned. What You Bring 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in the Electric Power market, industrial diesel repair, or industrial equipment environment. Confident in cold and warm calling with a positive, solution-focused attitude. A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills. Mechanically inclined or familiar with generators and diesel engine service. Goal-oriented, competitive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Holds a valid driver’s license and is comfortable with regional travel (approximately 50%).
