OVERVIEW

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the Clinical Advisor (CA) team within their assigned region. This role ensures effective onboarding, ongoing technical training, and consistent use of company systems and processes. A key focus is delivering outstanding customer service and driving strong sales performance, all in alignment with corporate goals and values.
As a leader, the Regional Sales Manager provides coaching, problem-solving, and day-to-day support to all regional staff-Clinical Advisors. They play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, developing sales strategies, and motivating the CA team to achieve continuous improvement. This role is solution focused, supporting team members in overcoming challenges and achieving results.
Success in this role requires close collaboration with fellow Regional Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, and the Director of Sales.
The Regional Sales Manager will directly manage all Clinical Advisors in their assigned region and reports to the Director of Sales.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Post-secondary education in business or equivalent experience combined with 5 to 8 years of proven success in Sales and management of direct reports. Experience in the dental or healthcare field is considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams by communicating a clear vision and strategy.
  • Track record of driving innovation and continuous sales process improvements.
  • Strong consensus-builder and change leader in fast-paced markets.
  • Results-oriented, consistently meeting sales targets while maintaining quality.
  • High integrity and professionalism, modeling ethical behavior and regulatory compliance.
  • Solution focused mindset with a proven ability to support team members in overcoming challenges and achieving results.
  • Customer-focused with a strong understanding of customer and consumer needs.
  • Experienced in coaching and developing sales talent to maximize performance.
  • Skilled at building partnerships and fostering open communication across teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of dental products and market trends to drive growth.
  • Effective collaborator across all organizational levels.
