JOB OVERVIEW

Our company is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to assist with client retention and growth in our Vancouver region. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented, have experience in client interaction, and possess knowledge of the company’s products. Strong communication skills with diverse clients are essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred)

• Develop new leads and contacts in a specific region.
• Meet or exceed the company’s specific sales goals.
• Plan and attend trade shows and industry conferences.
• Develop sales plans by region.
• Grow market share by establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Monitor product pricing and availability in the region.
• Work with other marketing personnel to develop a plan of action if a problem arises.
