Regional Sales Manager
Base Plus Bonus, Full Benefits , No Overnight Travel
Our client is a premier provider of post-acute services. We are seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development to lead sales operations.
Job Duties for Director of Business Development :
Develop a high-performance team through effective management, organization, development and motivation of personnel.
Work closely with Senior Management, providing vision and business focus to sales team.
Develop comprehensive business plans for branch locations to meet overall business objectives.
Oversee the implementation of new products that meet the customers’ needs and organizational goals.
Coach, motivate and direct Sales team in generating new accounts and revenue streams while achieving annual sales quota.
Develop and maintain key strategic regional and executive relationships with key accounts, target accounts and manufacturing.
Ensure that revenue objectives are met or exceeded. Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to maximize and develop the company’s sales.
Set and monitor sales and marketing strategic direction and growth strategies
Ensure the development of sales and marketing programs and improvement initiatives that support business objectives.
Establish and monitor key indicators and other tools that measure accountability in the area of sales; monitor efficiency of sales team operation.
Requirements for Director of Business Development:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of three (3) years sales experience in the healthcare market and a minimum of three (2) years in sales management (preferably in Home Health, Hospice, LTAC or Infusion)
Demonstrated experience in working within dynamic, fast growth organizations
Skilled in sales management, sales training, reporting, customer relationship management and creating a sustainable platform for future growth and expansion

Pay: From 100,000 to 110,000 base plus quarterly bonus and performance bonus
