Job Description
As the Regional Sales Manager for the DACH region, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your primary objective will be to enhance sell-out and expand market share, in close partnership with the Managing Director Central. You will be responsible for building solid, direct relationships with key retailers in the region, while maintaining a data-driven approach to operations focused on revenue, profitability, and operational excellence.
This role requires close coordination with the Amazon team, as the platform is a strategic pillar in the DACH region. In addition, you will be expected to coach and guide the Key Account Manager as well as the regional Marketing team, ensuring alignment in execution and strategic planning across all go-to-market functions.
