Requirements To be successful in this role you will... Responsibilities Lead and manage all sales activities within the region. Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing sales representatives. Set sales targets, develop plans, and monitor progress to ensure objectives are met or exceeded. Analyze market trends and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop effective solutions that drive sales and service growth. Prepare budgets, approve expenditures, and assist with inventory tracking. Supervisory Duties Oversee schedules, territories, and performance of regional and local sales representatives. Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations. Manage employee discipline in alignment with company policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred, or High school diploma with minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience. 5 years of prior sales experience required. Valid Driver's License required Pass background check and pre-screening Skills and Abilities Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Suite, and ERP software. Ability to analyze market conditions and guide strategic decisions. Self-directed, goal-focused, and adaptable to changing priorities.
