Position Description Responsible for outbound and inbound Telesales activity and is accountable for developing and supporting revenue growth for assigned accounts, verticals, customers, etc. This position also supports outside sales positions as required and manages and supports current key customer accounts including forecasting, pipeline updates, shipping, and backlog management. What You Will Do * Participate in the identification and qualification of sales opportunities and the assignment of accounts to appropriate sales personnel. * Close key opportunities, identify new account opportunities, and manage existing business. * Schedule and attend regular follow-up meetings, quarterly business reviews, demos, and pilots. * Increase sales with existing customer base by cultivating relationships to identify new or follow on products, applications, services, or programs. * Create business opportunities by identifying prospects in targeted accounts. * Co-develop customer profiles and org charts in assigned territory, account or vertical. * Qualify assigned inquiries to create opportunities from BDR's/SDR's, tradeshows and/or channel. * Maintain complete knowledge and awareness of competitive products and programs. * Maintain detailed account profiles, account status, and up-to-date reporting of activities in the CRM tool (i.e., SFDC). Who You Are and What You Bring * Bachelor’s Degree preferred. For those that do not have bachelor’s degree, a minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B customer focus sales environment. * Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills; confident; and goal-oriented. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * The candidate should be flexible and a self-motivated team player. * Minimal travel or work outside office required, < 25%.
