Description As a Regional Sales Manager, you will execute the sales strategy within an assigned region to drive revenue growth, in a position based in our Cedar Falls, IA office. This role will require a good working knowledge of Rubber Molded and Extruded Products. We expect you to represent the company in all sales-oriented activities. This includes working with existing OEM customers on new product development and product improvement. In addition, the Sales Engineer is responsible for growing our customer base at Ebco. The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our products. Responsibilities Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of Ebco products and services Develop relationships with key accounts and foster additional growth opportunities Develop, qualify, and drive leads through the sales pipeline Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Coordinate with key account managers, engineers, and various divisions at Ebco as required Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans Successful project handling and execution Apply basic engineering knowledge to aid in developing applications Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned Travel to prospects and customers for this position is 30-50% Skills/Qualifications Proven track record of driving sales growth Strong written and verbal communication, negotiating, and selling skills Ability to provide uncompromised customer service Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in computer skills: Microsoft Office, CRM Familiarity with basic engineering and manufacturing principles Positive attitude and professional demeanor Self-starter and self-motivated Technical skills, such a blueprint reading, preferred Education/Experience Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent technical field 2+ years of experience in industrial sales and/or customer service with OEMs 2+ years of experience in the engineering/manufacturing industry, preferred Experience with technical business processes such as RFQ, PPAP, ECR Knowledge of JIT, logistics, and supply chain fundamentals Fundamental knowledge of rubber manufacturing, preferred Benefits Medical, Dental, 401K, Life, Supplemental, PTO
