Description

We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, manage customer relationships and expand our market presence within an assigned territory. The RSM will focus on developing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers, with an emphasis on the aviation and maritime industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and margin goals.
  • Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities, particularly within the aviation and maritime markets.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts through proactive engagement, needs assessments and solution‑based selling.
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, suppliers and key industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and customer meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including marketing and product development—to enhance customer experience and product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, Maritime or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1–2 years of sales experience (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of distribution models, supply chain processes and customer needs in technical industries.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (25–35%).
  • Preferred: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to a competitive and evolving market.
  • Preferred: Comfortable leveraging CRM systems, sales analytics and AI‑driven tools to optimize performance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
