Elmo is looking for an excellent and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team! Responsible for regional sales activities in Baden-Württemberg (Germany) and Switzerland Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence Build and implement a comprehensive business plan focused on new opportunities and sustainable growth Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and on-site visits Identify, approach, and develop new customers and business opportunities Manage and respond to all incoming regional sales leads Follow up on quotations and orders to ensure successful deal closure Utilize CRM as a core tool for documenting all sales activities and customer interactions Maintain and update the company’s customer database, generating accurate reports and forecasts for current and future opportunities Requirements Relevant technical background in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Software, Quality, or Environmental Conditions Strong technical understanding and ability to think quickly and analytically Knowledge of servo systems and industrial automation – a strong advantage Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales (preferably in a technical/industrial environment) Excellent command of English (both technical and commercial) Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships Excellent communication and negotiation skills Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%
