Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to strengthen our EMEA operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customers and building long-term, trust-based relationships. You will act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our core values and solution-oriented approach to meet the needs of our clients. Tasks Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the EMEA region. Maintain and expand relationships with key customers in the aviation industry. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our product offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management. Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote company products and brand. Requirements Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the aviation sector or aerospace industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
