Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives.

About the position:

  • Individual contributor, hunting-focused position.
  • We’re currently hiring for a territory that encompasses NY, NJ, PA, MA, RI, VT, and ME
  • Existing client base provided.
  • You will work with chemical distributors & wholesalers who are focused within many different industries, including janitorial, government, education, manufacturing, industrial, institutional, and property management clientele.
  • You will be the main point of contact for new & existing accounts.
  • You will support distribution channel sales reps with their end-user accounts.
  • You will uncover opportunities and develop relationships with the top potential clients within your territory.
  • Full sales cycle strategic position (cold call through to close)
  • Mixed role of work from home and client-facing (3-4 days/week on the road)
  • Overnight travel required.

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $80,000-$100,000 + bonuses
  • On Target Earnings of $100,000 - $125,000
  • Top-performing reps earn $125,000 - $140,000

Experience Required:

  • Ideal candidates will have experience selling in the chemical distribution and/or manufacturing industry.
  • Must have 2+ years of full sales-cycle B2B sales experience.
