The Regional Manager, Sales will manage a team of Account Managers responsible for building value-driven strategic relationships with EnviroServe’s key customers that can help in long-term development and retention, thereby maximizing the revenue potential and achieving long-term goals. EnviroServe’s services including hazardous and nonhazardous waste disposal, lab packing, remediation, and transportation of hazardous materials, industrial services, field services, hydro excavation, and any other related industrial and environmental services. The Regional Manager will be a highly motivated sales professional with proven success working in the environmental services industry. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of operating with minimal supervision and have demonstrated skills in multi-tasking, organization, self-direction, and relationship building. Superb verbal and non-verbal communication skills are key to this position. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience as this role will be managing a team of Account Managers, driving new business and exceeding revenue growth expectations.
