EXPERIENCE

• Must be comfortable with 100% commission-based compensation and have a passion for sales growth.
• Proven experience in sales or cold calling is ideal; a strong work ethic and determination to close sales are essential.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to connect with clients and meet their needs.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

• Proactively engage in cold calling and outreach to identify and secure new clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, emphasizing our tailored power washing services.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively communicate with customers.
• Conduct market research to find potential leads and meet sales targets.
• Negotiate and close contracts to drive company growth and meet individual goals.
• Leverage provided sales scripts and training tools to refine your pitch and boost success.
• Earn recurring monthly commission for each client retained on our services, creating sustainable long-term income.
