Description

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

  • Duties: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1) Driving sales of solutions, applications, and services directly to customers. 2) Generating individual opportunities 3) Qualifying and prioritizing prospects 4) Prospecting through personal networking and relationship building and developing opportunities to closure resulting in consistent quota achievement. 5) Orchestration of strategic sales pursuits with a clear emphasis on pipeline development, expansion and closure 6) Creating and fostering strong relationships both internal and external customers. 7) Identify opportunities through cold calling, networking, developing solutions, proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sale follow up and ongoing client consultation. 8) Devising measures to position organizational offerings that will increase market share (cross sell/up sell) among targeted customer segments. 9) Developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. 10) Forecasting and track key account metrics (e.g.quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). 11) Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. 12) Planning for marketing campaigns with respective business unit managers and the marketing team.
  • Universal Duties: Expected demonstrated skills and attitude: 1) Respectful demeanor to customers and fellow workforce members. 2) Strong communication skills, both oral and written. 3) Ability to stay current on your role. 4) Performing all other duties as assigned timely and professionally. 5) Complying with all company compliance requests in a timely and efficient manner. 6) At a minimum, bring to management’s immediate attention any breach or potential breach of sensitive customer data as encountered.
