Description Position Summary The Region Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire sales process within their team. This role involves developing strategies and guiding the implementation required to achieve sales and distribution targets, as well as obtaining promotional activity. Success in this position is accomplished through the application of effective account management skills, strong market execution, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maximize the sale and distribution of all company products within the assigned region. Develop plans and ensure the successful execution of all company products to achieve established sales, profit, and market share objectives. Monitor retailer activities to create the most cost-effective strategies that drive volume and profitability through increased penetration. Develop and utilize tools, information, and feedback to set regional customer performance goals and evaluate results. Ensure that targets utilize sales tools and programs and oversee that customers execute the intended programs. Job Requirements A Bachelor’s degree is recommended; however, a High School diploma is mandatory. Management or leadership experience is required. A minimum of two years of sales experience is necessary. Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain insurability for driving company vehicles. Must be licensed by T.A.B.C. to sell alcoholic beverages. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with basic math skills and the ability to read documents in English, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Requirements Physical Demands: Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or in meetings. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds for product demonstrations or event setups. Travel may require extended periods of driving or flying, as well as overnight stays. Ability to navigate various environments, including retail and food service locations.
