Responsibilities
  • Lead & Inspire a team of 8 BDMs and 1 SBDM to smash sales targets and build customer love for our delicious brands.
  • Coach Like a Pro – Spend quality field time with each team member, mentoring, guiding, and unlocking their potential.
  • Strategic Game-Changer – Partner with depots and clients to drive joint business plans that increase product visibility and ROI.
  • Own the Numbers – Use data (Power BI, CRM tools) to keep performance on point, minimise zero sales, and supercharge growth.
  • Be the Bridge – Foster cross-functional collaboration with VIPs, depot managers, and internal teams to keep the Ferrero brand top of mind.
