We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive the adoption and growth of our Digital Identity & KYC Verification stack within the UAE market. This is a critical role for an individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the fintech, regtech, or digital identity space, who is passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Market Penetration & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify, target, and acquire new clients across various sectors in the UAE, including financial services (BFSI), gaming, e-commerce, and other industries requiring robust digital identity and KYC solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to solution presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Solution Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on Neokred’s Digital Identity & KYC Verification stack, including features like ProfileX, AI-driven verification, real-time document verification, biometric authentication, and fraud detection capabilities. Effectively articulate the value proposition and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand client requirements and challenges, proposing tailored Neokred solutions that address their specific pain points.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, successful implementation, and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the digital identity, KYC, and regtech sectors in the UAE.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
