Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you a driven and experienced sales professional with a passion for business development? We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for VIC, SA, and TAS to join Camec, a proud part of Fleetwood Australia, an ASX-listed company. In this senior role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive business growth by securing new opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding our market share across these key regions. As a pivotal member of the team, you’ll lead efforts to meet and exceed sales targets, develop tailored solutions for our clients, and foster long-term relationships. Your success will be key to strengthening Camec’s position in the industry. If you’re a motivated, customer-focused professional with a strong background in sales and business development, we’d love to hear from you. This position is based out of our Noble Park office and will require occasional travel interstate.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL DEMONSTRATE:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated business development management expertise and well-developed negotiation and quotation skills.
  • Preferred experience working within the RV industry.
  • Highly commercial, energetic, driven to achieve results.
  • Passionate about delivering customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced computing skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word, Outlook & CRM Software.
  • Proven experience successfully managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to develop and foster crucial business relationships.
