Description
Regional Sales Manager – APAC (Based in Singapore) GlobalSales Pro is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team across the APAC region. This role is based in Singapore and is responsible for achieving regional revenue targets, developing the team, and executing cross-border strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) - Achieve and exceed regional quarterly and annual sales quotas - Build and maintain senior-level relationships with enterprise customers - Drive CRM adoption and ensure forecasting rigor across the team - Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and initiatives - Report on regional performance and sales pipeline to senior leadership Requirements: - Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role - Proven track record of achieving sales quotas at both individual and team levels - Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce CRM; certifications are a strong plus - Experience managing teams across multiple APAC markets - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making - Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills - Experience in the Technology sector is preferred
