Requirements PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Regional Sales Manager drives revenue growth by leading, coaching, and managing a team of sales representatives within a specific territory. They are responsible for setting regional sales targets, developing strategic plans, analyzing market trends, managing budgets, and cultivating key customer relationships to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual goals. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on the mid-sized accounts selling our suite of services Reinforce and improve upon our current sales model, including but not limited to, training productivity metrics, and performance management Proactively identify and drive initiatives to increase new business development and account retention Analyze sales activities to understand and optimize trends and patterns Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets Provide detailed analysis and performance reviews on the sales team's performance Effectively collaborate with other departments to achieve success May be required to perform tasks beyond those explicitly listed in this role.
