Your Role Your mission, along with your team, will be to develop and implement a Sales strategy that empowers our business within the EMEA region. The core responsibilities for this role are: Lead, coach, and develop a diverse and talented Sales team in the region. Take charge of the day-to-day business operations in Germany & CEE, ensuring good performance and results. Be an integral member of the Management Team Sales & Marketing EMEA, actively contributing to the company's overall success. Proactively support the acquisition of new customers, markets, and sales partners, as well as the introduction of new products, while building long-lasting relationships with our stakeholders. Provide insightful advice to the team and management on emerging market trends, opportunities, and risks in the region. Foster an environment that enables the sales team to deliver on their key performance indicators (KPIs). Contribute actively to the development of sales promotions, exhibitions, and other sales-enhancing activities. About You We are seeking a business-minded leader, preferably with proven experience in Sales management within European markets.
