Responsibilities
  • Define and execute regional sales strategies aligned with European goals
  • Lead and coach a team of 10–15 to boost pipeline, closing rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Expand our customer base and enter new markets (industrial, cleanroom, OEM)
  • Partner with Marketing, Product Management, and Operations for seamless execution
