We are now looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. This role is pivotal in driving our sales strategies in West and Central Java, ensuring the seamless execution of promotions, visibility, distribution plans and deliver sustainable business growth within the allocated budget. This role will be also responsible for coaching and empowering our field team, as well as managing relationships with our distributors effectively.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Achieve secondary sales targets and key performance indicators within the assigned region.
  • Support the joint Business Plan reviews with customers alongside the Key Account team
  • Implement distributor business development plans for each distributor.
  • Monitor delivery fulfillment and service levels through Supply Chain and Distributor Teams
  • Ensuring monthly and quarterly business review meetings are conducted with the team, distributor, and customerOversee sales performance versus KPIs and lead cycle briefings for distributors
  • Nurture and develop a continuous improvement culture through employee engagement and people development
  • Build and lead strong teams toward results, including recruitment, motivation, and staffing development responsibilities
