REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Covering the South West of England.
We need a Regional Sales Manager who has a proven track record in leading and building an established and successful team to reach their full potential. You must live in the Bristol / Bath / Swindon / Salisbury area.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES?

We want you to meet assigned team quotas for sales, profits, and strategic objectives and implement effective coaching and development of the Business Development Managers in your team.

Responsibilities
  • Coaching and performance managing a team of 10-12 Business Development Managers.
  • We will support you in significantly impacting your team to ensure that their capability improves through coaching, development and training. You will have field support tools, training programs and productivity initiatives, account and territory planning methodologies and customer communication tools to aid you in achieving your sales targets for your area.
  • Develop your already advanced forecasting and reporting experience.
  • Recruiting and building a team.
  • Build your peer support and strong internal-company relationships to advance your knowledge of Handepay and your exposure within the Sales function.
