QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years experience or training in industrial wholesale distribution; preferably in the pipe, valve and fitting industry.
  • 3 years of outside sales experience.
  • 3 years of Management experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for assigned branches. Establish goals and objectives for the sales team, monitor sales expenses, and ensure adherence to approved sales techniques and tools.
  • Actively participate in the sales process by engaging with key accounts. Conduct individual or joint sales calls to establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Follow up on project bids to secure orders and address any issues related to products and services.
  • Assist in the budgeting process by preparing preliminary financial data. Review monthly financial reports, analyze them for opportunities to enhance profitability and reduce costs, and implement plans to improve the region’s financial performance. Share financial insights with the sales team to ensure alignment.
