Regional sales Manager This role is ideal for a high-performing automotive sales leader with a strong track record in achieving regional targets, developing high-performing teams, and implementing effective sales strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising revenue, increasing market share, and ensuring operational excellence across all branches within their region. Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor dealership performance and provide coaching to Sales Managers. Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities. Manage regional sales budgets and profitability targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards. Support marketing initiatives and regional promotional campaigns. Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams. Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Conduct regular performance reviews and branch visits. Candidate Profile: Seven years’ experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a management role. Proven experience managing multiple branches or territories. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Sound understanding of vehicle finance, trade-ins, and dealership operations. Ability to travel within the assigned region. Valid driver’s licence.
