We’re recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager on behalf of a well-established, family-run holiday park group with over 20 parks across the UK. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced sales manager to lead a high-performing team across three successful parks located near Barmouth, North Wales just minutes from the beach.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a team of 5 sales professionals across 3 thriving parks
• Driving performance, motivation, and development to hit ambitious sales targets
• Managing the full customer journey from first visit to holiday home handover
• Promoting a range of homes from stylish static caravans to high-end lodges
• Working with full autonomy while supported by a trusted, reputable brand

• Proven background in holiday home sales management
• A natural leader with a target-driven and energetic style
• Strong ability to build rapport and inspire teams
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Results-focused, with a track record of exceeding sales goals
