Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead the sales & service team and drive business development across Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial, Infrastructure, Data Centers, Rental, and Government sectors.
• Develop relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and EPC companies.
• Manage major projects, tenders, negotiations, and key accounts.
• Provide technical guidance on power solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, , or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in diesel generator / power generation sales.
• Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of generator systems such as generator sizing, synchronization, AMF/ATS, and power solutions.
• Saudi Arabia/GCC market experience preferred.
• Experience with Cummins, Perkins, FG Wilson, Mitsubishi, MTU, Volvo Penta, Kohler, AKSA, Caterpillar, or similar brands is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Saudi driving license preferred.
