Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our distributor network across Ireland. This role is focused on partner management, channel development, and sales enablement, working closely with local distribution companies to expand the market reach of Petroassist’s portfolio.
You will act as the primary commercial contact for distributors—building strategic relationships, supporting technical enablement, and helping partners to develop their own customer pipelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow relationships with Petroassist’s Irish distributor network.
  • Develop joint business plans with distributors to drive sales and market expansion.
  • Provide product training, sales support, and pre-sales guidance to channel partners.
  • Monitor and support partner sales pipelines, assist with quotation development, and help drive project conversions.
  • Identify gaps in market coverage and develop new distributor opportunities where appropriate.
  • Coordinate with internal pre-sales, engineering, and logistics teams to support successful partner operations.
  • Track performance metrics, forecasts, and partner activity using CRM tools.
  • Represent Petroassist at regional trade events, exhibitions, and partner meetings in Ireland.
